Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until it's mixed thoroughly. Rub mixture all over brisket and let sit in refrigerator for 24 hours
