Low Carb Pizza Crisps

Pizza is definitely not on the low carb diet. But these Pizza Crisps will satisfy your pizza cravings and make it easier to go without.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 tbsp Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 6 tsp Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 4 slices Pepperoni

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
  3. Split mozzarella cheese into four piles on cookie sheet (about 2 tablespoons each)
  4. Split Parmesan cheese into four and add to the mozzarella cheese piles
  5. Add garlic powder to each pile
  6. Add oregano to each pile
  7. Top each pile with a slice of pepperoni

  8. Cook in oven for 7 minutes
  9. Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes

  10. Serve with tomato sauce for dipping

Notes

The pizza crisps should be browned and crispy at the edges but still cheesy toward the center.
