Method
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
- Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper
- Split mozzarella cheese into four piles on cookie sheet (about 2 tablespoons each)
- Split Parmesan cheese into four and add to the mozzarella cheese piles
- Add garlic powder to each pile
- Add oregano to each pile
- Top each pile with a slice of pepperoni

- Cook in oven for 7 minutes
- Remove from oven and let cool 1-2 minutes

- Serve with tomato sauce for dipping
Notes
The pizza crisps should be browned and crispy at the edges but still cheesy toward the center.
