Fajita Marinade

Use this marinade on chop meat to make fajita burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 juice of one lime
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until well blended
  2. Add marinade mixture to chop meat
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
