Fajita Marinade

Use this marinade on chop meat to make fajita burgers

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 juice of one lime
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 scallions
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • Kosher Salt To Taste
  • Black Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until well blended
  • Add marinade mixture to chop meat
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
