These pork chops are low carb because the breading is made with almond meal and Parmesan cheese. And the air fryer keeps them from getting too oily.

  1. Add almond meal, garlic powder, onion powder and kosher salt to a bowl and mix
  2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
  3. Dip pork chops into eggs and then into almond meal mixture to bread them
  4. Place breaded pork chop in tray of air fryer
  5. Cook in air fryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes – Flip pork chops after 6 minutes
